TikTok Downloader
SaveMyTok is a free online TikTok downloader for supported public posts. Paste a link to access the available video, source audio, and photo or slideshow options in your browser.
Choose the right TikTok tool
Start with the type of media you want to save. Each tool lists the sources available for a supported public post.

How to download and save TikTok media
Copy the post link from TikTok’s Share menu, then use the downloader above. SaveMyTok checks the public post and lists the media options it can retrieve. Choose a returned file; your browser handles the final save.
You do not need a SaveMyTok account. If a link requires a TikTok login or the post is private, the downloader cannot retrieve it.
- Open the public TikTok post and copy its link.
- Paste the complete HTTPS link into the TikTok URL input.
- Submit the link and wait for processing to finish.
- Choose an available video, audio source, or photo option.
Video, audio, and photo options
A video result can include several source files. Quality labels describe the returned source, rather than a guaranteed resolution. SaveMyTok does not upscale media or edit videos to remove watermarks.
Source audio keeps its original file format; MP3 conversion is not currently available. Photo posts may return individual images and a browser-generated ZIP. A video slideshow is not automatically converted into separate original photos.
| Post type | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Video | Available video format and quality labels |
| Audio | A separate audio source, when one is exposed |
| Photo slideshow | Image links and ZIP packaging when supported |

Which TikTok links work?
Use a public TikTok post link on tiktok.com or www.tiktok.com, or a share link on vm.tiktok.com or vt.tiktok.com. Short links must resolve to a permitted TikTok destination.
Profile pages, search pages, deleted posts, and restricted content may not contain retrievable media. Copy the exact post link instead of pasting a username or a message that contains a link.
Save TikTok media on your device
SaveMyTok works through a modern browser, with no app installation. Mobile browsers may open a file in a media tab rather than save it immediately. Use the browser’s own Download or Save control when available.
On iPhone, check Files and the Downloads folder. On Android and desktop, look in your browser’s downloads list and chosen download folder. Clipboard access can be restricted; manual paste remains available.

When a TikTok download does not work
Check the link and confirm that the original post is still public. If the source opens but does not save, use the browser’s download controls. If several posts fail to process, pause before retrying; repeated requests can hit service limits.
Public availability is not permission to reuse someone else’s media. Download content only when you have the necessary rights, and read the privacy information to understand request handling.
